For 7 weeks we will meet on-line in a sacred space of support and exploration through the different emotions and places in your body that are crying out for healing, love and understanding.
Each class will be recorded so not to worry if you can't make it live.
In addition, there will be 7 accompanying videos outlining self-study and self-reflection exercises you can complete before the breathwork.

About Suzanne Jensen
Suzanne Jensen has over 23 years professional experience in working with people.
She has worked with people with schizophrenia, with young criminals caught up in the Young Justice System and later as a therapist with eating disorders in a private hospital.
Since 2015 Suzanne has been self-employed.
She lives in Copenhagen with her Danish husband and two teenager children (Born and raised in England) and has 1 on 1 clients, workshops and courses running over 12-weeks and 16-weeks in Breathwork & Self-development.
She also teaches mindful healers and psychotherapist students.

Q. What if I can’t come to all the classes?
A. All the classes will be recorded and posted in the Simplero forum. You will still be able to feel the energy of the class even if you are watching it later. You will have life-time access to all your videos.
Q. Do I need any special technology to be able to attend?
A. We will be using Zoom for the live sessions. You will need to download the Zoom app the first time you use it, but it is free and easy to do. I will send a link out each week and when you click on the link, the class will automatically open on your device.

Q. How is the breathwork different to the 7- minute breathwork we have been doing here in the challenge?
A. In the course you will work with different breathwork techniques. Different breath patterns allow you to access different parts of your emotional body. You will also do breathwork beyond the 7 minutes.
At 7 minutes your body begins to open or contract. Continuing to breathe in a safe and encouraging environment will allow you the opportunity to reach into the root of your emotional blocks, whether you are consciously aware of them or not.
Q. What is the timetable for the course?
